2. Acceptable Customizations

We welcome custom designs that include:

• Artwork, illustrations, and creative graphics

3. Restricted and Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to decline custom orders that contain:

• Hateful or Discriminatory Content – Any design that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination.
• Violence or Harassment – Content that incites violence, promotes harm, or encourages harassment of individuals or groups.
• Explicit or Obscene Material – Pornographic, excessively vulgar, or obscene imagery or language.
• Trademarked or Copyrighted Material – Designs containing logos, images, or slogans that are protected by intellectual property laws unless you provide written permission from the rights holder.
• Illegal or Controversial Content – Designs that reference illegal activities, drug use, or other content that may violate laws or regulations.
• Misinformation or Harmful Messaging – False claims, conspiracy theories, or misleading information that could cause harm.

4. Design Approval & Modifications

• All custom designs are subject to review before production. If a design does not meet our standards, we will contact you to discuss modifications.
• We may suggest alternative design elements that align with our policies while still reflecting your vision.
• If we cannot fulfill a request, we will issue a full refund or allow you to submit a new design.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

• If an order is canceled before production begins, a full refund will be provided.
• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
• If we must decline an order due to policy violations, we will issue a refund unless adjustments are made.
